Medicab360 · Website privacy

Website privacy

This policy covers the Medicab360 website at medicab360.com. The site includes public developer information and existing account, purchase and license features for Medicab360 clinic software. Pregnancy Journey app data is governed by its separate app privacy policy.

1. Information handled by the website

If you use the contact form, the website receives the name, email address, subject and message you submit. The form is designed for general questions. Please do not include private health or pregnancy information. The website does not store contact messages in a website account or application database; if mail delivery is configured, the message is sent to the published Medicab360 contact email and may then be held by the recipient’s email provider.

The existing account and clinic-software purchase features may process account and profile details, authentication data, order and license information, and messages needed to operate those features. Passwords are handled through the application’s authentication system. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes the authentication request and returns account information needed to complete sign-in. Bank-transfer payment details are handled outside the website; the account area may record order and payment status for the clinic-software purchase flow.

2. Sessions, cookies and browser storage

The Laravel site uses necessary session and cross-site request protection mechanisms for security, account access and form submissions. These functions can use browser cookies. The site also remembers your selected English or Arabic website language in the session. These are not advertising cookies. We did not find a website analytics or advertising tag in the reviewed public templates and front-end source code on 25 October 2026. Browser extensions, third-party sign-in screens or future site changes may behave differently.

3. Technical and operational information

The production application is hosted on Laravel Cloud. Its provider may process information needed to deliver and secure hosted services. Exact request-log fields, retention periods, infrastructure locations and production settings for this website have not been verified. See Laravel Cloud’s privacy policy for information about the provider’s own service processing.

4. Why information is used

Information may be used to reply to a question, protect forms from spam, authenticate a user, provide the existing clinic-software account and license functions, and maintain website security and reliability. The website contact form does not ask for sensitive health information and has no analytics-based advertising.

5. Third-party services

Depending on the feature used, information can be processed by the service that authenticates a Google sign-in, the email transport configured by the operator, Laravel Cloud as the production host, and the browser or operating-system services used to access the site. The production mail delivery service could not be verified from the repository. The website does not disclose SMTP credentials through its public pages.

6. Retention and choices

Account, order and license records may remain for as long as needed to operate the existing service and meet relevant business or legal obligations. Contact messages are handled through email rather than saved to the website database; the recipient and email provider control any mailbox copies and retention. Exact technical log retention has not been confirmed. To ask about website data or account information, contact contact@medicab360.com. Existing account holders can also use the website’s account settings where available. See the data and privacy requests page for contact guidance.

7. Contact and updates

Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@medicab360.com. This policy will be updated if website processing or its hosting and email arrangements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current text.
