These terms apply to the Medicab360 public developer website and the Pregnancy Journey mobile application. If you use the separate clinic-software purchase service, the existing French sales terms also apply to that purchase flow.
1. The developer and the services
Medicab360 is an independent developer brand. The website provides information about mobile applications and related support. Pregnancy Journey is a free Android application for pregnancy education, personal organization and journey tracking. Store links on this website remain marked “Coming Soon” until official listings are available.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the website and app for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or use the contact form to send spam. Do not send sensitive health records through the website contact form.
3. Educational information
Pregnancy Journey offers general educational and organizational information. It is not a medical service, does not diagnose or monitor a medical condition, and does not replace advice, diagnosis or care from a qualified healthcare professional. Information may not be complete or suitable for an individual situation. You remain responsible for seeking qualified care when needed.
4. Free app and advertising
Pregnancy Journey is free to use. It has no Premium membership, paid subscription or in-app purchase. The app may display advertising if the relevant store release is approved and configured. Advertising services may process technical information as described in the app privacy policy. The current website does not provide a download link for an unpublished store listing.
5. App data and your device
Pregnancy Journey stores personal records locally on the device according to its current implementation. You are responsible for protecting device access and any manual backup file that you create. Manual app backup files are not encrypted. The app has no remote user account or remote account-deletion service. See the app privacy policy for the local data controls and backup details.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, software, names, illustrations and branding are protected by their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal information and may not copy or redistribute protected material as though it were your own. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
7. Availability and changes
Website pages, app features and third-party services may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. Store availability depends on each independent store’s review and publication process. No store publication date is promised. We may update these terms as the services change; the date above identifies the current version.
